The scratch test is important to make sure that there is no allergies against the pigments. It takes few minutes to perform. It’s a scratch behind your ear. The test is included in the price. Allow 24hrs for the test.Cancellation
48-HOUR NOTICE: In order to provide a professional service to avoid disruption from no-shows and short notice cancellations and to ensure availability for all our clients, I require a 48-HOUR notice if you intend to cancel or move your appointment to another day to avoid being charged for your appointment. No exceptions will be made except emergencies (hospital, bereavement)Extra information: all new procedures include 1 complimentary top-up to make any final adjustments to treatment area (within 8 weeks) On the rare occasion some clients may require a third treatment to complete the desired look, this will cost an additional £50-£100 within 8 weeks of the complimentary top-up.
